  Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Program (CPO) 

  • Mazda CPO Vehicles are covered by a manufacturer-backed limited warranty:
    • Powertrain Limited Warranty: 7 years or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the original new retail sale date.
    • Additional CPO Limited Warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the certified retail date.
  • CPO Limited Warranty includes:
    • Roadside Assistance for the duration of the Limited Powertrain Warranty coverage period.
    • Warranty Identification Card and designated Customer Assistance Center toll-free number.
  • Customers benefit from the following:
    • 7 year/100,000 mile Limited Powertrain Warranty, honored at any Mazda dealer in the U.S. and Canada, valid from the time of original new vehicle sale date.
    • 12 months or 12,000 miles CPO Limited Warranty, beginning from the date of the CPO sale.
    • 150-Point Vehicle Inspection.
    • A vehicle that has been reconditioned.
    • $0 deductible for covered repairs.
    • Complimentary 24-Hour Roadside Assistance for full duration of the Limited Powertrain Warranty period.
    • Oil & filter change completed prior to delivery.
  • What Vehicles Qualify for Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)?
    • Have alterations that would void the new vehicle warranty, or have been previously used as a commercial vehicle (includes police, taxi, livery/shuttle/commuter, ambulances, tow truck, vehicles equipped with snowplows, and stripped chassis).
    •  Vehicle must have been manufactured within the five most recent model years or less (including the present model year). For example, in 2012 the following model years are eligible: 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, and 2008.
    • Vehicles must have no more than 60,000 on the odometer.
    • Vehicles must not:
      • Have a branded title.
      • Have a bent chassis or unibody damage.
      • Have unknown vehicle mileage.
      • Have body modifications made by the previous owner.
      • Be a totaled or salvaged vehicle that has been repaired.
      • Have frame, fire, flood or hail damage (whether repaired or not).
      • Have substandard repairs.
      • Have an altered VIN or VIN plate.
      • Be a reacquired vehicle (Lemon Law buybacks).
      • Have been sold originally as new outside of the United States.
